The love of two wheels and independence can be traced to my early childhood. I remember being immersed in the activity and simply enjoying, whether on a bicycle or later a motorcycle. And to this day I still feel like that young kid every time I cycle or motorcycle. I have had the pleasure of enjoying various skill sets of motorcycle riding from wood riding to club road racing, but the memories and journeys of adventure riding have trumped them all. The ability to tour and ride in areas many people won’t drive or see is just incredible to me. And deepens my love of the sport and the outdoors.

While at an offroad rally I learned of RfR, and instantly was drawn to the mission of the organization. The ability to help a cause and participate in an activity I love, seemed I needed to understand more. I am grateful to be able to participate and truly thank my wife for her support of my habit.
